Kristina Gudelis helped launch SplitWell, the RIA behind the brand that guides the modern day woman through financial change during life's most uncertain of times. Kristina is a stark believer that when emotion is high, logic is low. She is passionate about helping women cultivate financial stability during separation, when she believes they need support and guidance most.

With 10 years of leadership experience building and developing sales teams across media and financial services, Kristina is well served in her role as Co-Founder, responsible for Business Planning, including assembling SplitWell's initial team and strategy. She is passionate about financial education, founding and managing Financial You; a mini blog designed to empower women to take control of their finances.

Currently, Kristina leads the Inside Sales team at eMoney Advisor, LLC and is working towards her CFP® designation. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering to advance women's leadership in the community. Since 2018, she has held various leadership roles with the Junior League, most recently a two-year Co-Chair term. She holds a B.S. in International Business and Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Sykes College of Business, the University of Tampa. Kristina resides in Princeton, New Jersey with her Fiance Corey, and pup, Penny.
